The matter they have spoken about in Omsk all the summer long, at last, has realized. On August, 20 on arena of V.Blinov SKK they have begun to freeze new ice. New not only because of the beginning of new season but also because of making capital repairs of refrigerating equipment and replacement of all pipes together with concrete raft by administration of “Avangard” this year.
